Much like Google's pagerank (see how it works here http://www.google.com/technology/pigeonrank.html ) I code on the principal that with my pants off I can type faster and produce more code.  At some point some of that code will work, right?

Has anyone used this little bit of code.  I dont' know about you but I had set a variable known value then used this fun bit of code to determine if another incoming variable is an integer and parse it to that - guess what it returns a zero (0) if the incoming variable isn't a integer.  Very hard to troubleshoot!

Now I know people are going to tell me its documented in the MSDN site on page yada that this is the expected behaviour but who has time to read the manual when you are coding your pants off?

As always when working out of the home pants are optional - of course I don' work wiothout pants myself but I invite you to if you are into that sort of thing!

The first post in a blog is always the hardest cause it sits here and its supposed to define what the entrie blog is ablut etc. etc. etc. - I really don't roll like that so I just here to say read the blog - comment if you want but by no means expect me to be some expert with or without pants!  Hell I learn myself from reading blogs like this.
